Welcome to Laughter Yoga Japan

We all know that laughter makes us feel good. Laughter is nature's stress buster. It lifts our spirits with a happy high and improves our behavior towards others.

Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises and yoga breathing to give you the health benefits of hearty laughter.  A regular 20-minute laughter session can have a profound impact on our health and well-being.

Laughter Yoga Japan provides the opportunity for people in Japan to benefit from the simple yet powerful technique of  "laughing for no reason" at laughter clubs and events.  We also provide laughter yoga trainings for Laughter Yoga Leaders.

We are a non-political, non-religious organization.   Together with Dr. Kataria and Laughter Yoga International, it is our mission to promote health, happiness and world peace through laughter.
